Culture Committee 

We have a cross-departmental team of employees who lead DEIB engagement efforts to: 

By focusing on creating a sense of comfort, connection, and contribution, our Culture Committee provides vital support to their colleagues. Their recommendations to leadership go beyond the standard bias training and team building activities. This committee is dedicated to exploring what DEIB looks and feels like to CareRev team members and creating that vision across departments and across leadership.

BLM Book Club

We also have a committee of cross-departmental team members who meet virtually to create a safe and consistent space for discussing topics and books impacting the Black community. 

While joining and participating in such a community can be a powerful way to learn about the experiences of others, members understand it’s only a first step. This community shares resources, articles, events, and books asynchronously and focuses on how to use knowledge to more actively support our Black community as well as BIPOC & LGBTIQA+ communities. 

All CareRev team members are welcome to join as they unlearn their own biases and contribute to deconstructing systems that allow and encourage racism.
