Requirements

• Recent vaccination experience
• Epic experience
• Need a high school diploma or equivalent plus one of the following combinations: Graduate of an accredited program, a graduate of non-accredited program + min. 3-year experience, or are not a graduate of either and are certified through taking an examination.
• Will attend orientation on-site and attend workforce orientation, precepting, and competency orientation at a later date
