Register your CareRev profile.

Phase 2 - Credentialing
Visit the
CareRev Guide
& Onboarding Center for available facilities in your area. Start your
background check
and
upload credentials
.
Estimated time - 1 day
CareRev adds you to the Learning Management System (LMS). Complete learning modules, then submit your transcript to CareRev. (if applicable)
Estimated time - 1-3 days
Complete any remaining credentials.
Estimated time - Up to 5 days
Complete
Joint Commission Education
& Attestation.
Estimated time - 1/2 hour
Phase 3 - Provisioning
CareRev submits you for provisioning. Facility grants access (if applicable).
Estimated time - Up to 2 weeks (note: times vary by facility)
Complete and upload Facility EHR module transcripts to CareRev (if applicable).
Estimated time - 1-3 days (note: varies by facility)
Schedule Orientation in app.
Estimated time - Varies according to orientation schedule
Phase 4 - Orientation & Claiming shifts
Complete orientation - may be in-person or virtual (if applicable)
Estimated time - 1/2 day
Submit unit orientation/preceptor availability and facility schedules.
Estimated time - 1-5 business days
Attend unit orientation/preceptor shift (if applicable).
Estimated time - 1 day
Upload unit orientation/preceptor checklist to CareRev (if applicable).

Claim your first shift
Estimated time - Depends on your availability
Clock in and complete your first shift.

Get paid for your first shift and completed online modules (if applicable).
