Requirements

  • Current LVN licensea and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
  • Current AHA BLS certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year full-time experience as an inpatient Behavioral Health LVN within the last year.
  • Strong ability to provide age appropriate patient care which addresses biological, emotional, developmental, psychosocial, and patient/family educational needs.
  • Must show competency managing a behavioral health assignment with patients in crisis that may also have potential underlying comorbidities.
