CareRev is seeking Endoscopy Technicians for shifts in Columbia, MD. You will play a key role on the procedure team, helping with endoscopic procedures, manometry studies, and other specialized cases. Your shift starts with getting the room ready: gathering supplies and making sure every instrument and piece of equipment is set up and working. Once a procedure begins, you will assist the physician by handing off instruments and handling endoscopy accessories such as biopsy forceps and snares. You will partner with the registered nurse to confirm and label medications and solutions, and you will follow policy to correctly identify, handle, and transport patient specimens. After each case, you will clean and decontaminate instruments, maintain equipment, dispose of waste, and restock the room so it is ready for the next patient. If you are dependable, follow infection control practices closely, and enjoy keeping a procedure area safe and organized, these shifts are a strong match for clinicians like you.
