CareRev is looking for GI / Endoscopy Technicians to pick up shifts in Lutherville, MD. In this role, you will assist with endoscopic procedures, manometry studies, and other special procedures. Before each case, you will prepare the procedure room by setting up and testing equipment, instruments, and supplies. During procedures, you will support physicians by passing instruments and using endoscopy tools like biopsy forceps and snares. You will also work with the registered nurse to identify and label medications and solutions, and you will make sure patient specimens are properly labeled, handled, and transported. Between cases, you will turn over the room by cleaning and decontaminating instruments, caring for equipment, disposing of waste, and restocking supplies. If you are detail-oriented, take infection control seriously, and like keeping a procedure room clean, organized, and safe, these shifts are a great fit for clinicians like you.
