CareRev is looking for skilled Endoscopy Technicians to pick up shifts in Bethesda, MD. In this role, you will assist with endoscopic procedures, manometry studies, and other specialized procedures. You will get each room ready by assembling and testing the equipment, instruments, and supplies the team needs. During the procedure, you will support the physician by passing instruments and handling endoscopy tools such as biopsy forceps and snares. Working alongside the registered nurse, you will help identify and label medications and solutions. You will also make sure every patient specimen is correctly identified, handled, and transported according to policy. After the procedure, you will turn over the room by cleaning and decontaminating instruments, caring for equipment, disposing of waste, and restocking supplies. If you are precise, committed to infection prevention, and proud of running a clean and organized procedure room, these shifts are made for clinicians like you.
