• Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• NIHSS certification may be required prior to the first shift.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an ICU RN (most recent experience within the last year).
• Strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care.
• Must show competency with managing ventilators, chest tubes, and proning patients.
• Strong familiarity with assisting during intubation, central and arterial line placement, and para/thoracentesis.Experience with Covid ICU protocols, CRRT and/or ECMO are a plus.
