• Current Occupational Therapy license in good standing within the state of practice. 
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHA BLS certification. 
• Minimum of 1 year full-time experience as an Occupational Therapist within the last year in the acute inpatient hospital setting.
• Provide personalized assessment of patients and their medical history to determine functional ability, limitations, and potential for improvement.
• Establish treatment programs and deliver individualized therapeutic services such as exercises, activities to increase function, use of adaptive training equipment, and creating modifications to the environment to increase independence. 
• Promote patient’s recovery through education, improved function, and increased independence with daily living skills.
• Responsible for documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, adherence to evidence based practices, and demonstration of strong critical thinking skills.
• Specialized experience in acute inpatient and/or neuro rehabilitation units is a plus!
